Butch Price grew up in Berryville, VA and graduated from James Madison University via Clarke County High School. Butch has been in the Richmond metropolitan area since '82 and currently resides in Mechanicsville, Va with his wife and daughter.
 
Butch's business career spans 35 years in consumer credit, corporate operations, accounting, real estate, and mortgage loan origination in '02. Butch served on the Board of Directors of Hanover Arc for 12 years and President for 6 years.
 
Butch's primary focus is member needs, outstanding customer service, and proper matching of the members goals with the correct mortgage product. Butch continuously draws on his experience in consumer credit to offer guidance and advice to a client during the mortgage process and provide a smooth experience. Butch has built a solid reputation with clients, real estate agents, and settlement providers as a go to person for their mortgage needs. Mortgage expertise includes Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA and VHDA.
 
Personal interests include family, friends, music, tennis, golf and advocacy for persons with intellectual disabilities.
